File preparation of your article for electronic submission (text file)
ALL submissions should be in WordPerfect or Microsoft Word.
Be sure to stipulate which word processor you are using by naming the files correctly as follows.
- For MS Word : "myfile.doc"
- For WordPerfect: "myfile.wpd"
- For Latex: "myfile.tex"
Thus an allowed file name for an article created with WordPerfect would be maintext.wpd.
Please note: the file name should have a maximum of 8 characters without spaces followed by the appropriate extension .doc or .wpd. Figures, schemes and equations must be cited in the text and numbered by order of appearance with Arabic numerals.
In order to generate a complete PDF file of your article all tables and graphics must be embedded within the text.
